Wool Covers
Wool is a great material to use as a cover over an absorbent fitted diaper or a fastened prefold because it naturally repels moisture and can be aired out between uses and used over and over again until soiled or when it becomes stinky! Wool is breathable and so is a great choice for overnight and for babies with sensitive skin as it allows baby's skin to breathe! Wool Covers are made with wool fabric and they have snaps for easy removal. Wool Soakers, Shorties and Longies are knitted or crocheted and are usually a pull-on style.

PUL Covers are covers that are made of waterproof material called polyurethane laminate (PUL) that goes over fitted or prefold diapers. Can be pull-up style, or fastened with snaps or Aplix/VELCRO® (which is better when needing to remove a cover that has been pooped on!).
Fleece Covers are a nice soft option for a cover and is more breathable than PUL covers so it is a great option for overnight or for babies with sensitive skin! It can also just be thrown in the washer and dryer!
