For orders outside the USA & Canada, we charge actual shipping costs. We will inform you by e-mail of any additional shipping costs that are above the $7.95 charged upon checkout, prior to shipping your order. Orders over $199 will be discounted the actual shipping costs by $7.95. E-mail us if you would like a quote. Note: We do not ship to Nigeria, Malaysia, Indonesia and Mexico.
Shipping Time Frame:

Refund Policy:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all new, unwashed and unused products in original packaging. Although we offer tiered flat rate and FREE shipping, ACTUAL shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless your order has not yet been shipped. You must contact us via our Customer Service System regarding your return before sending it back.
Cloth Diaper Policy
Every child is different so it is recommended to try a few types of diapers to see what works best for you and your child. Ask us about our cloth diaper trial program.
If you choose to purchase several of the same diapers, we recommend that you only wash and use 1 diaper at first to make sure it works for your baby.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on washed or worn diapers.
Only diapers with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced (with a diaper of the same type and size.)
Diapers with leaking, wicking, build-up or fit issues are NOT considered defective. We would be happy to try to troubleshoot any of those types of problems either in our store or via Customer Service System or via a phone call.
