Robeez Tredz Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes are Robeez Tredz available in?
Robeez Tredz are sized for toddlers age one to two years. All designs are available in sizes 12-16 months, 16-20 months, and 20-24 months.

How long will my child be able to wear Robeez Tredz?
Robeez Tredz are sized in month-to-month increments for easy size selection. One pair will fit for approximately four months. Just like clothing, occasionally your child will get more than four months out of a pair of Tredz, and alternately sometimes a little less.

How can I find out what size my Robeez Tredz are?
The size is printed underneath the Robeez label on the right shoe.

Will Tredz fit my child's chubby ankle?
Robeez Tredz have adjustable fasteners, including hook and loop, toggles, and laces to vary the fit of the shoe around the ankle.

How do you put Robeez Tredz?
The easiest way is loosen the adjustable straps and insert two fingers on either side of the ankle and stretch the elastic wide. Then scoop your child's toes into the front of the footwear and hook the back of the footwear around the ankle.

Are Robeez Tredz suitable for wearing outdoors?
Yes, that's why they made them! Robeez Tredz are the perfect shoe for the toddler who is walking completely and is ready to take on the great outdoors. Robeez Tredz have a waterproof, TPR sole to protect your child's feet.

Do Tredz provide adequate ankle support?
In our parents' generation, doctors believed children needed a supportive ankle boot while learning to walk. Today, medical experts agree that children's feet develop best when free from restriction. Tredz are flexible to allow the child's foot muscles to function properly and develop naturally. Therefore Tredz do not offer ankle support as it is not needed for normally developing feet.

What are Robeez Tredz made of?
Robeez Tredz are made of a number of high quality components. The uppers are made of soft leather with an abrasion resistant coating for added durability. The flexible, water-resistant soles are made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR). TPR is lightweight and flexible to support healthy foot development. The shoe is lined with a soft, comfortable cushioned insole.

Can I recycle my Robeez Tredz packaging?
At Robeez, we recognize the importance of recycling. The Tredz package and insert are recyclable. Remove the magnet, window, grommet, and ribbon prior to recycling.

Is the leather used in Robeez products safe for my child?
At Robeez, we care most about protecting children. That is why we ensure the leather used to make Robeez products conforms to the most stringent and applicable guidelines worldwide.

How do I keep Robeez Tredz clean?
To keep Tredz looking clean, wipe with damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How do you pronounce Robeez?
It's pronounced Rob, as in Robert, the name of the founder's son; and Eez, as in ease.

How did Robeez begin?
Robeez began in 1994 by Sandra Wilson when, as a new mom, she wanted to start a business out of her home to spend more time with her son, Robert.
