Cloth Diaper Policy

Every child is different so it is recommended to try a few types of diapers to see what works best for you and your child. Ask us about our cloth diaper trial program.

If you choose to purchase several of the same diapers, we recommend that you only wash and use 1 diaper at first to make sure it works for your baby.

NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on washed or worn diapers.

Only diapers with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced (with a diaper of the same type and size.) 

Diapers with leaking, wicking, build-up or fit issues are NOT considered defective. We would be happy to try to troubleshoot any of those types of problems either in our store or via our Customer Service System or via a phone call.
